Rachel and Blake's engagement session took place at a new wedding venue in Loisville, TN just outside of Knoxville. Meadhaven is beautiful plantation home built in the 1800's. The owner and caretaker of this gorgeous property was so willing to let us shoot all over her property! We started in the apple orchard and finished up our day on the boat dock that sits on the water on the backside of the property. It was a perfect evening. Watching these two interact together was the sweetest thing. We ended our session with a beautiful late summer sunset which topped off the day. I love that Rachel chose to keep the wildflowers we picked in the field as a momento from this special day. Sweet idea! I'm looking forward to getting to know these two more in the coming months and photographing their wedding next April!
