This Knoxville, TN engagement session was definately one to remember!  Alix and Anna are a unique couple and I was inspired by the two of them.  Alix races Motorcross for a living and Anna is studyng to be an engineer.  I know what you're thinking... "polar opposites," right?! That's why they work.  I believe Paula Abdule said it best with her song, "Opposites Attract."  While their professions may be different, these two are really one in the same. The chemistry between the two of them was very apparent and I rarely had to direct them!   Taking into account their personalities, I shot them with the theme of "Rugged meets Sweet."  Their wedding will be one to remember too, because they are getting married on a rooftop at The Standard in the Old City, downtown Knoxville, TN!  My assistant, Caitlin, and I are looking forward to shooting this Tennessee wedding!

At the end of our shoot, the three of us went to Central Flats and Taps to enjoy some happy hour beverages and a delicious dinner!  I really enjoyed getting to know these guys! Hearing of all the bones Alix has broken during his risky career in Motorcross Racing, really sparked my interest.  I seriously thought of creating a diagram of his injuries for this blog post!
